I chose filmmaking as a career because I believe in the power of film as a medium to influence and impact social behavior. To be able to tell powerful stories is empowering and with this empowerment comes a responsibility and consciousness to tell balanced stories that are objective and that have a purpose.

Before moving to the UAE from my home country Lebanon, I worked with a variety of news and general entertainment networks. 

But it was during my seven years with National Geographic Channels that my passion for film as a creative vessel for telling stories had well and truly set sail.

Soon after I started missing the film set life, and the energy it brings with it, this is when I decided to start freelancing as a film director and use all the years I spent at agencies and networks into my own work.

My work has been recognised by a number of regional and international awards such as the Cannes Lions (silver), Leories (gold), Broadcast Pro and Digital Studios.
